Confirmed in a press release by the minister of communication and digitalization,Hon.Ursula Owusu-Ekuful was the news that the registration of sim cards which were intended to be blocked today, 31st July has been postponed to somewhere September 30th 2022.
The news was released this afternoon after the press release and she stated that this was due to some good reasons and also the high number of Ghanaians who have not yet registered their sim cards yet.
It was also started that a new way of registration will be out soon for Android and iOS users which will cost ghs5.
